Description: Retail Sales Management:

- Responsible for business development and sales growth for Retail and Departmental Stores management with emphasis on achieving Sales, Marketing and profitability targets set by management;
- Responsible for galleries decorations/ displays and layout of Galleries;
- Implement retail strategies, improve current business, and build strong Brand awareness and positioning;
- Penetrate and manage business with major Departmental Stores as well as constantly establishing new avenues of sales that contribute to the growth of company;
- Identify strategic, high traffic locations to set up Galleries;
- To plan and execute promotional activities to draw traffic to galleries;
- Organise Exhibitions, Atrium Fairs, Roadshow and Ad-hoc promotional events;
- Develop and maintain good landlord relationship

Marketing (A&P)

- Formulate and execute marketing and promotional activities
- To build strong brand awareness and brand positioning;
- Development of POS materials;
- Liaise all correspondence with advertising agency;
- Merchandising display according to guidelines and set standard;
- Responsible for the marketing research/ market intelligence inclusive of competitors activities, customer needs, buying trends and buying behavior;

Other

- Prepare and present monthly A&P statement;
- To manage promoter’s performance, regularly update and educate promoters on product knowledge and upcoming product or promotion;
- Participate in market/ product development exercise, and identify areas for improvement;
- To work closely with respective manager in Factory in Malaysia and source for external suppliers for new product development/ improvement (bedding related/ settee) in line with market trend;
- Attend to consumer’s feedback and after sale service;
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management from time to time.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
Good contacts with Departmental Stores and upmarket Shopping Malls
Strong knowledge of marketing activities & marketing tools
Result oriented and Sale/ Objectives driven
Aggressive in pursuing objectives
Resourceful and creative
Responsible and positive attitude
High integrity and honesty
Independent and required minimum supervision
Leadership with flaunt of leadership

Salary: $2400 - $3100 (excl transport and hp allowance)
Location: Jurong East
