Job Description/
Responsibilities 1. Delivery of end - user training on the full use of Surveying/ GIS Instruments and related software. 2. Pre - Sales activities to support the sales team. 3. Customer support activities such as coordination with customers through telephone or email. 4. Arrangement for submission of installation/ demonstration/ support reports from customers after each visit. 5. Assist in collecting a customer satisfaction feedback report. 6. Monitor the product issues vigilantly and report to the Product Manager on a daily basis. 7. Monitor the quality of accessories and repetitive complaints with continuous feedback to frame improvement measures. 8. Actively promote Training Services offered by BCL. 9. Actively promote and encourage Extended Warranty to customers. 10. Understanding on the entire range and concepts of survey products & software.

Candidate Requirement


Profile Graduate with good customer support skills, communication, problem solving ability, time management skills. Should have worked minimum 1 to 2 years in the Surveying Industry as a Surveyor.
