HR Admin (Orchard)

Description: Responsibilities (Admin):

- Answer phone calls and re-direct to appropriate staff
- Manage requisition of office stationery
- Do filing and paperwork
- Type simple reports and emails
- Arrange meetings with prospective new customers for Account Managers
- Assist in ad-hoc company projects
- Provide support in all admin. related matters.


Responsibilities (HR):

- Responsible for monitoring and accounting of staff leave records
- Research for appropriate training courses for staff
- Develop staff training programs
- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting new staff

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an "A" Level or Diploma in any field.
Prior experience preferred.
Excellent in spoken English.
5 ½ day week.
Applicants must be able to start work with short notice.

Salary: S$1,500 – S$1,800

Work hours: Mon – Fri (11.00am to 9.00pm)
Sat (9.00am to 2.00pm)
