Job Description/
Responsibilities To support the bank’s strategic and operational business plans, plus those of regional subsidiaries/ associate companies, by helping to identify and satisfy the management training and personal skills development needs of all levels of employees. To design, deliver and evaluate training solutions to satisfy management and leadership training in the context of a changing organisational environment. To support the cultural change. To manage the standard induction training provided to all new staff.
Identify and analyse management training and development capability in specific businesses
Design, develop and deliver quality training programmes, or other learning solutions, to meet the training needs identified and carry out such project/consultancy work as the job may require that will support the creation and on-going development of a sales culture
Evaluate all training provided by the management and UAE national development team in terms of both learning achieved and its value to the business
Candidate Requirement
Profile Graduate / MBA with 8 to 10 years expereince in a professional managed company and 2-3 years experience in a banking industry in a similar position
•Through a combination of on-going self-development, training and the pursuit of appropriate professional qualifications AND at least 5 years experience in management training and development.
•By prior attendance on a Train the Trainer course and at least 6 years subsequent training experience, to include proven facilitation skills as well as knowledge of latest training methodologies and technology.
•By natural ability and/or training. A strong people orientation is essential.
•Proven experience as a change agent
•By training and through experience of using Bank approved software packages.
•English: A proven ability to communicate in both the spoken and the written word.
•A basic knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
